Brookside Park is located on the near east side of Indianapolis between Rural St and North Sherman Dr. The park is over 100 acres and filled with many amenities. It is used all year round for community events, festivals, and sports. Pogue's Run, a tributary of the White River also runs through the park and into the neighboring Spades Park. There is also a pedestrian trail that connects Brookside Park to Spades Park.
