Fort Harrison State Park


About

Fort Harrison State Park is a historic park located northeast of downtown Indianapolis. The roughly 1700 acre park is one of the largest and most popular parks in Central Indiana, with plenty of great park features to enjoy all year round. It was established in 1903 as a U.S. army post and much of the buildings and structures have been preserved throughout the park.
